He has a brilliant track record of owning and developing businesses across sectors. He is adept at budget forecasting, financial reporting, corporate tax planning, and analyzing revenue forecasts to project future trends. He offers detailed and research-based advice on strategies to meet his clients' business needs.

Aman Dhillon, MBA, CHA, CHIA, is a results-driven hospitality executive with nearly three decades of proven leadership in optimizing property performance and brand compliance since 1997. Balancing a strategic dual perspective as both CEO and CFO, she takes direct accountability for turning around underperforming assets to consistently exceed franchise, QA, and financial benchmarks. Beyond property-level P&L accountability, labor controls, and revenue strategy, Aman drives broader industry standards through her governance roles on the boards of Tourism and Hotel Owners associations, and regional economic development councils.

Monica has been actively involved in the hospitality industry for over 25 years and has served as Regional Director of Sales at Hotel Management Solutions for ten years. She has experience with independent, extended stay, boutique, and full-service hotels in markets ranging from large urban to small rural. Monica is responsible for overseeing all client sales and marketing efforts, as well as managing sales leads received from franchise and third-party companies.

Lowell has been in the hospitality industry since 1983, working as an engineer for the 250-room Excelsior Hotel in Provo, Utah while still in college. He quickly worked his way to front office positions and has served as General Manager and Regional Manager for several major hotel companies and some of the most prominent hotels in the Western U.S. He has worked on acquisitions, renovations, large-scale conventions, and high-profile events including the 2002 Winter Olympics.

Mistie is an accomplished hospitality leader with over 18 years of comprehensive experience specializing in Hilton Brand Standards and operational excellence. She possesses a proven track record in strategic revenue management, SOP development, and driving underperforming assets to exceed franchise, QA, and financial expectations. A results-oriented professional, Mistie seamlessly blends strong leadership with hands-on expertise in recruitment, payroll, SALT-driven guest recovery, and day-to-day hotel operations.

Gina is a results-driven hospitality leader with over 15 years of experience optimizing property performance and brand compliance. She takes direct accountability for turning around underperforming assets to consistently exceed franchise, QA, and financial benchmarks. An expert in day-to-day hotel operations, Gina successfully manages P&L accountability, labor controls, and guest satisfaction metrics to ensure maximum profitability and operational excellence.

Cathy has more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working in the airport and convention markets. She previously worked with Marriott, Hilton, and Best Western. Her knowledge of hotel guest relations and staff training is exceptional, and she will ensure that your hotel is up to franchise standard with online reviews, and brand and safety standards.
