Hotel Management Solutions was founded in 2005, by Avtar and Aman Dhillon. The Dhillons entered the hotel industry in 1997 with their purchase of Best Western in Central California. By the year 2000, they had added two more hotels to their portfolio. Today the HMS team oversees several hotels in CA, WA, NM, AZ, TX, and OR. They've guided and advised many of their friends and family on HMS principles to succeed through the years. These principles have helped many investors succeed during a recession, a pandemic, and navigate through overdeveloped markets. The demand for their knowledge and expertise led to the creation of HMS.

Cathy has more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working in the airport and convention markets. She previously worked with Marriott, Hilton, and Best Western. Her knowledge of hotel guest relations and staff training is exceptional, and she will ensure that your hotel is up to franchise standard with online reviews, and brand and safety standards.
